LIZ MAXWELL is the principal of ESP Ventures Limited. Founded in 1998, ESP Ventures project manages business events from international trade fairs, marketing and PR, to corporate meetings and incentive and loyalty programmes. Liz is highly respected in her field and has established strong networks nationally and internationally within her industry.
Vice President
ANTONIO CACACE, born in Sorrento, migrated to New Zealand in 1991. Antonio has an extensive background in the Food and Beverage industry and in 2002 founded the very successful La Bella Italia restaurant and shop. Antonio also has been actively involved in promoting Italian food and culture, especially the Italian Festival New Zealand.

MICHAEL STEPHENS is a leading New Zealand film and entertainment Lawyer. Michael has been closely involved in the development of New Zealand's film production and digital entertainment industry for over 10 years. Michael is the founding principal of Stephens Lawyers and has a personal and professional interest in the future of East/West co-productions, and funding for film, animation and other digital content projects.
Secretary General
Gianfranco has operated almost his entire working life in the Financial Area, setting up and managing worldwide captive finance companies for the Fiat Group. Gianfranco has also spent many years as an International Consultant, providing assistance at General Management level and offering his technical expertise in Asset-based financing.

Since the early 80's, MARIO LEONTI has specialised in the ICT industry as a software developer/programmer working with organisations such as Massey University. Mario has served as President from 2005 until 2010 and brings to the Chamber experience and networks which have been instrumental to the Chamber's growth and success.

SANDY RICH migrated to New Zealand in 1990 from the United States. Sandy’s company, Alpine Furs, was established in 2002 and custom makes a luxury range of brushtail fur products including rugs, throws, clothing and accessories which are sold in New Zealand, Russia, Canada, United States, England, Italy, China and Japan.

Carolina Izzo is the managing director of Studio Carolina Izzo Ltd. The studio is a multi-disciplinary conservation/restoration centre in Wellington specializing in collections belonging to national and international institutions, from Italy to Australasia.
