Carolina Izzo is the Managing Director of the Art Conservation Company, Studio Carolina Izzo Ltd. After twenty years restoring works of art for major institutions in Italy, Carolina and her family moved to New Zealand in 2001. She worked for a number of years at the National Museum, Te Papa Tongarewa and now manages her own business specialised in Consultation and Conservation of Art & Heritage with studios in Wellington and Auckland.

Aldo Miccio was born in Nelson, New Zealand, from Italian parents Raffaele and Cristina Miccio. In 2007 he achieved a personal goal of making a positive change for current and future generations of Nelson residents and visitors,by becoming a Nelson City Councillor. Three years later (in 2010) he was elected as the youngest ever Mayor of Nelson City, and the first Italian to become mayor of a city in New Zealand ,Serving a term from 2010 to 2013. Aldo has had an extensive career in senior management with appointments in New Zealand, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Sydney.
Barbara Miller is the director of Auckland chartered accounting firm Miller Johnson. Barbara is a mentor and public practitioner under the Institute of Chartered Accountants ANZ, and works mainly with small and medium business clients to support their management and development. Barbara became a partner in the firm in 1994, and is now the sole director.
I qualified as an Architect in Venice, Italy. I have a Master in Industrial Archaeology and Conservation and have been involved in the renovation of many houses, villas and historical places in my native country. I now live in New Zealand and I share my expertise of many years of highly rewarding work in the residential, commercial and retail sectors. I continue my researches into the most updated solutions in space and office design to address the well-being of the workers, while achieving maximum efficiency and productivity.
Over the last 10 years Shahla has been associated with Italy. After spending a year in 2007, studying Italian language & culture at the reputable Societa' Dante Alighieri in Rome, and traveling extensively around the country, she founded Women Tour Italy on her return to NZ. This business was born out of her passion for Italy and a vision to accompany as a tour guide those who had a dream of visiting Italy but did not wish to travel on their own.
Lindsey Jones was for many years a partner at Chapman Tripp, one of New Zealand’s leading corporate law firms. Her area of expertise is commercial law, with a particular emphasis on competition and consumer law. She has advised many of New Zealand’s major companies, as well as international organisations operating, or seeking to establish operations, in New Zealand and small businesses and professionals.
Andrea Manni grew up in Milan where he worked until 2014; the year in which he and his family moved to New Zealand. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in client relations and strategic planning because of his 20 years of sales & marketing experience in Milan's Health and Safety sector.
